Strengthen & Unwind


In this class we will emphasize strength and endurance in postures, calming your body and your mind. You will have the opportunity to work with more challenging variations of basic postures and utilize breathing techniques to ease the mind and body. Every class will end with a restorative pose and or a guided meditation to prepare the body for a good night's rest. This class is designed for yoga practitioners that have done at least a handful of basic classes or an intro session.

*Please note this class has changed from a course to a drop-in class. Please purchase a class pass to participate in this class and all other "non-course" classes.

Commit to the full six weeks and purchase the Strengthen & Unwind Pass or use any other class pass and drop-in as you please
